Repair/Recreate MSDB

Hi,
in addition to my inconsistent user Db. The msdb is also inconsistent.
What's the easiest way to create a new msdb. Do I need the content of the
old one? (I don't worry about the maintenance plans. I can setup them again)

If you did a regular BACKUP of the system databases you can just perfom
RESTORE of MSDB.
If you did not , you are probaly about to install SQL Server and then
RESTORE all of your user databases.
